THE BARBANZA

A cannery factory and a fisherman’s association. Taste the empanada de Millo made by Miss Rosalía, a typical dish made with queen scallops.   THE RIBEIRO

We will take you to visit:

The most emblematic Jewish neighbourhood in Galicia. A natural cosmetic products workshop. An old oven where Herminiacooks typical Hebrew cakes. The « Casiñas do Ribeiro », little tourist houses, a new initiative from the Ribeiro women. The winery Colleiteiros Elisa Collarte to taste one of the best wins from the Ribeiro (apple juice and must for children).

  THE SALNES

We suggest a very international visit around the Salnés:

We will visit the International Camping with Piet et Elly, an uncommon and very original camping in Galicia. We will also taste the Duch apple pie. With Bea, one of the neighbours, we will enjoy the watermill route in Meaño. We will also visit the  Museo da Muller Labrega, dedicated to the rural woman and we will go to a raised granary transformed into a living room. 

  VALMIÑOR – BAIXO MIÑO

Discover with us:

A master stonemason and a painter that have created their own workshop at home: we will expirience their realism, with baroque and pop details.  The Oia Monastery. The sailor village of Baiona LA REAL and the caravel « La Pinta ». The watermills of Folón and Picón. The border between two countries with the mouth of the Miño river. The Santa Tecla park and the traces of the Celtic village.

THE RIBEIRA SACRA

We will experience the creative tourism and we will meet:

Luis and Anna, two artisans that dedicate their lives to preserve an outdated metier, the basketwork and the traditional loom. Visit the workshop and the rural tourism house, as well as Cristosende, a village of artisans. Come also to visit the San Estevo de Ribas de Sil and the Santa Cristina de Ribas de Sil Monasteries and the Sil canyons.

Possibility of being accompanied by a guide (one day)  – 80 €
Estimated price per route and person (groups – minimum of 15 persons) – 22 €

All the visits include: travelling expenses, destination information, detailed planning of the route and a professional guide from the tourist sector.

With these routes, we want to approachthe tourist to the local population by getting him involved and also promoting a sustainable, accessible and communitariantourism.
